At 11 stores of the Kanto region group United Super Markets Holdings Inc. (Maruetsu, Kasumi, Max Value), Aeon stores outside Kanto/Tohoku, Aeon retail storesUMITRON is a startup whose mission is to leverage technology for sustainable aquaculture. Chefs for the Blue collaborated on an initiative launched by UMITRON called “Seafood Action for the Future of Bountiful Seas and Delicious Seafood”. Seven chefs provided recipes and participated in events timed with the release of sustainably farmed madai red sea bream (certified by the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council)).
