At Hakodate Kokusai Hotel (Phoenix Meeting Room)
Chef Ryohei Hayashi(Tenoshima) and Chefs for the Blue cooperated in a symposium organized by Hakodate City called “Rediscovering World-Class Makombu”. The work involved symposium planning, speaker arrangements, and the production of key visuals and posters toward a multifaceted approach to rebranding and communicating the value of Makombu kelp (Laminaria japonica).
