At the Fisheries Agency
Five industry leaders who are members of Chefs for the Blue, representing Sushi, Japanese, French, Italian, and Chinese cuisine, visited the Fisheries Agency to personally submit to the Director their “Five Policy Recommendations” for protecting the future of the oceans. They then issued a press release at the Japan National Press Club.
