“Fishlle!” Product Development of Meal Packs Using Underutilized Seafood

At Sincere BLUE (tasting event for the media)

Cooperated on recipe and product development using six underutilized seafood varieties in frozen seafood meal packs (seafood subscription service) for Fishlle!, a brand from Fukuoka fisheries startup Benners, Inc. In advance sales through crowdfunding, support for the products greatly exceeded targets, and a tasting event aimed at the media was also a huge success.
