At Enoshima AquariumFollowing on from the success of last year, this was a one-night-only special dinner by two chefs, with the backdrop being the Big Sagami Bay Tank – the main exhibition space at Enoshima Aquarium. It was a chance to expand understanding of the current state of & issues related to the ever-changing ocean, using an array of seafood fished from the waters of Sagami Bay.
